Thinking on network is an interdisciplinary model that integrates advances in psychology, neuroscience sociology, the theory of complex networks and the new theories of communication. This model, while it explains how operates the creative thinking, allows a workout that modifies the mental structures. This proposal exceeds the traditional concept of training: is therapeutic and refreshing, since it operates on the mental software and the community of the Organization at the same time protecting the health of individuals and teams.
